An Estate Agent since 1987, Jon Williams has worked for both independent and Corporate firms as a negotiator, manager and Director. Born and bred in Paignton, educated at Hayes Road and Torquay Boys Grammar, Jon is passionate about the area and the varied range of property in and around Torbay and South Devon of which both he and fellow director Mark have an in depth knowledge.

From 1992 until 2009 Jon managed and was a director for an Estate Agency branch in Paignton building up many local, regional and national contacts in addition to overseeing offices in Torquay, Brixham and Newton Abbot. A regular contributor to BBC1 's Homes Under The Hammer over the last 8 years, Jon is delighted to return to independent estate agency,combining the latest technology with expert knowledge and first class customer service.

Jon lives in Preston with his wife Maggie and three children Sophie, Alex and Olivia. When he is not working he enjoys football, golf and cricket and also plays squash badly.

Mark Hedge has been an Estate Agent for 15 Years. He has worked for Corporate firms as a negotiator and valuer, however, the majority of time has been spent in Independent Agency where he believes the client receives the best service, advice and help. He is passionate about property and helping people move.

He says “Our results are built around a focused quality service, strong brand image, coupled with plenty of hard work and a great Team”. He has built strong relationships with all local solicitors which also helps for a smooth move. Mark lives with wife Debbie and has two daughters. Outside of work Mark is a keen sportsman with a passion for squash and cycling.

Richard Allen, heads up Williams Hedge Commercial Department, he is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has spent all of his professional working life (since 1968) in Torbay. For 25 years he was principal of Boyce Allen gaining wide experience in both the residential and commercial markets until selling that business in 2007. After that period he dealt with Professional Work such as Valuations and surveys under his own name before having a spell with a leading Commercial Agent in Torquay. He is now back in Paignton and Williams Hedge were delighted to welcome him on board in 2011.

Outside of work Richard is passionate about his home town and is a keen follower of sport and an ex rugby man!

Alison Hand previously worked for a Corporate Estate Agents in Paignton for five years and has undertaken various roles from property lettings to office administrator, sales negotiator undertaking viewings and negotiations to market appraisals.

Before that she worked for one of the largest high street banks for twenty years and feels that good customer service is very important to the success of any business. She has a wealth of local knowledge and enjoys meeting people. She will be responsible for the office administration and systems and will be a point of contact in the office for clients and customers. Alison is married and has two children and she enjoys walking, running and spending time with her family and friends.
