Energy Performance Certificates (EPC'S)
EPC’S are now legally required for nearly all properties which are marketed for sale or rental.
Our Director Jon Williams is a fully qualified Domestic Energy Assessor which means that we can carry out EPC’S for all types of property across South Devon. We are able to complete the EPC without the delays often associated with using a third party company.

Probate Property Service
Williams Hedge Estate Agents offer a professional Probate Property service advising the executor of the Estate on all property related matters.
