Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’S)

EPC’S are now legally required for nearly all properties which are marketed for sale or rental.EPC’s tell you how efficient a home is on a scale of A-G. The certificate includes recommendations on ways to improve the homes energy efficiency to save the money and help the environment. We are able to arrange an EPC for your home and can do so quickly and efficiently regardless of whether we are dealing with your property sale.

Conveyancing

Williams Hedge Estate Agent will be pleased to recommend established, reputable and professional local firms who specialise in conveyancing (the legal process involved when selling a property). We do not use large factory style firms who are often located many miles away and who are impossible to visit personally. We prefer to use local firms who deal with each client on an individual basis and who are available for personal appointments when required.

Probate Property Service

Williams Hedge Estate Agents offer a professional Probate Property service advising the executor of the Estate on all property related matters.
